| Description of the problem | 1)The light over the entrance door to Bldg. 4, 5607 College Rd, is burned out. It was blinking the other night, and now it is out completely. Please replace it asap to aid guests and delivery persons in finding our building at night. 2) The spotlight which is supposed to illuminate the INBOUND driveway side of the "Sunset Marina Waterfront Residence(S)" ground sign is burned out and has been for sometime. Please fix this asap. 3)The "S" in the name of our Condo Association - SUNSET MARINA WATERFRONT RESIDENCES - on the entrance driveway ground sign has never been added despite the fact it was agreed at a Board meeting last year that THAT was the correct name. Will this correction ever be made??? As it reads now, it implies that we all live in one big residence. |
