| What is being altered? | Existing backyard brick pavers patio, on-grade wood decking, and wood retaining wall need repair/replacement. The pavers have shifted because of the growth from tree roots below and in between them. This has made the patio unlevel. The existing on-grade wood decking and wood retaining wall is rotted and in need of replacement. |
| How is it being altered? | We have procured the services of Mama's Garden Center and they have recommended replacing the existing pavers and on-grade wood decking with concrete steppingstones pavers. Roots will be removed, and proper foundation laid before pavers are installed. The retaining wall will be replaced. |
| Alteration details | The new pavers will be Tremron Park Plaza pavers, which measure 24"x24" and will be a glacier color. The new retaining wall will be created from oolite blocks measure 6"x24"x48". Ground cover for planting beds will be mulch. |
