Description of the problem ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE CEILING WHICH IS THE WATER FACING SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT NEEDS TO BE SEALED AT THE POINT WHERE THE UPPER WALL, WHICH ENCOMPASSES THE END OF EACH FIRST FLOOR DECK, MEETS ITS BASE, BEING THE CEILING OF THE GARAGE. EVERY TIME THERE IS A RAIN STORM, WATER LEAKS DOWN UPON THE VEHICLES PARKED BELOW. THIS WATER IS A CAUSTIC LIQUID COMPOSED OF MATERIALS IT HAS GATHERED FROM THE DECKS ABOVE. I PERSONALLY HAD TO HAVE MY VEHICLES HOOD REPAINTED BECAUSE OF THE STAINING. WHEN THIS WAS BROUGHT UP TO THE MAINTENANCE OFFICE DURING A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION A YEAR AGO, IT WAS LEFT UNANSWERED. THEREFORE, THIS WORK ORDER ALSO SERVES AS NOTICE THAT FUTURE DAMAGE TO THE PAINT FINISH OF MY VEHICLES, INCLUSIVE OF ANY OTHER RESIDENT WHO EXPERIENCES SIMILAR DAMAGE, BILLING FOR REPAIR WORK WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION COMPANY FOR REIMBURSEMENT. 03/21/2023 A PICUTUE OF ONE OF THE MORE TROUBLESOME AREAS IS ATTACHED, SINCE I CAN ONLY DOWNLOAD ONE FILE, IF YOU PROVIDE A EMAIL ADDRESS I WILL SEND THE REST
