City of Key West Requires Face Masks Be Worn Outside!

The City of Key West requires everyone over age six to wear face coverings whenever they leave their homes — even if they are able to maintain social distancing outside.

Individuals violating this directive are subject to a second-degree misdemeanor charge, which carries fines up to $500 and potential prison terms of up to 60 days, with higher penalties for repeated offenses.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic our offices will be closed to the public until further notice. Please remember that you can communicate with Association Staff and/or the Board of Directors by email. This is by far the most efficient way to communicate with us and it enables us to serve you better. In addition, our main office phones allow owners to be automatically connected with the appropriate property managers when there is not someone in the office to answer them.

If you are uncertain who to contact, you can send an email to and we will be sure that your inquiry is directed to the appropriate individual.

Please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for up to date information.
