| Alteration details | Front porch entrance door with sidelites replace with GCI Estate Entrance Series Aluminum with full glass panel with grids in the same pattern that is there now. If not allowed then use the same Estate Entrance Series with half panel glass and bottom half wood look in white. Grid pattern will be same as what is currently there. Window on front porch which is the kitchen replace with CGI Sentinel Single Hung #110 with same grid pattern. Replace front upper balcony window, guest bedroom, with CGI Sentinel #110 with same grid pattern as current and replace door with CGI Sentinel Single Door #160 full glass panel with grids in same pattern as current. If not allowed use CGI Cabana door with half glass with grids and half wood look. Replace Master bedroom two windows upstairs looking out of the upper back balcony with CGI Sentinel Single Hung #110 with no grids. Replace Master bedroom French Door exit onto upper back balcony with CGI Sentinel French Door #160 full glass panel with no grids. Replace downstairs living room two French doors exit onto back patio with CGI Sentinel French Doors #160 full glass panel with no grids/grilles. We are working with Island Door and Windows but have not quoted us until we get approval to use aluminum clad and low E glass. |
